Wheng Legaspi has been a Make up artist/trainer for 8 years. Specializing in media, photo as well as bridal make ups & special events. Wheng's make up service areas are Metro Manila and any part of the country. As a teenager, Wheng's interest in painting portraits led her to pursue an education in Fine Arts at the College of the Holy Spirit and continue her study in Make up application in RRLI in 1999. When her mom retires. she immediately replaced her as a make up artist who has been also an official make up artist of IBC 13 for more than 30 years.She started her career as a Make up artist in 1999 immediately after her graduation. Wheng is an experienced Hair & make up artist/trainer. certified to do make up application on all types of facial features.
